ecm upgrade

I want to upgrade my chip. I was looking at the jet or hypertech. Which is better?
I dont want to get into the programming myself at this time. What chip change or maybe a company in my area could do this best? I am in the Frederick county, maryland area.
I have a 89 stock 305 TA with open air cleaner and Flowmaster exhaust.

Dont waste your money on those crap chips. Spend it on a set of headers, then a better cam like the LT1.
