lean at upper rpms, down on power!

hey! looking for some direction. ive noticed that my car takes a few extra turns to start it. When it finally does start it stumbles then it comes to life. When i stab the throttle it will not even bark anymore. ive lost alot of power.

I brough it to a friend and we went for a ride to put it on the scanner. we noticed that at higher rpms it was running way lean!

So first things first i would like to know what my fuel pressure is. I would like to install a fuel pressure guage (mechanical) under the hood. Does anyone have a part # or place i can get one from. It would fit on a HSR.

Its been running like this around the time that i replaced a rad, made a homemade cold air kit, relocated charcoal canister... BUT...

for a few days it ran great! the car had all its old power back. So its preformance kind of flip flops. A few years ago i replace a fuel pump to a walbro 255, so mabe its a dud??

Any ideas? a part # with a picture would be usefull. Also i have been adjusting my regulator from the drivers side so a passanger side guage would make sense, would it not? Thanks!

Re: lean at upper rpms, down on power!

so my car is in storage for the winter. Before the car was parked i installed a mechanical guage from auto meter. Once i installed the guage it was around only 30psi with vacuum disconected. so i bumped it up to about 43psi and it runs alot better... good idle... but far from perfect!

on the road it has a loss of torque noticed in low rpm
can't spin those wheels like i did before!
i checked my compression and its good between 196-199 range.

Next year i want to hit the ground running so im looking for logical ideas that could solve this problem.

1. Im going to verify that my vacuum is not and issue. ive checked by listening and checking all hoses but it could be my intake aswell.

2. i replaced my injector o-rings...

3. i relocated my carcoal canister when i made a cai. my pipe is 3'' that is now located past the engine bay so it an extended pipe... i cleaned my carcoal canister before it was given a new location. SO MAYBE I DISTURBED SOMETHING INSIDE? All i know about these canisters is that they are gas tank venting. Or did i mix up the vacuum lines (i doubt it).

4. My transmittion is another new issue it does not shift at good old reliable 5250rpms anymore. i think this issue surfaced before my little homemade engine bay mods....

5. So in the spring i guess im going to take it to a shop and pay money to diagnose my poor car.

ANY IDEAS?????
I try my best to avoid shops!

here is an idea of of the stuff ive moved around. Around this time the car started to run like crap. It might be a coincidence, but i cant figure out why my fuel pressure was that low in the first place. Im surprised i was able to bump it up way past factory spec.
