starting problem
im thinking this is a TPS problem. What my car does, is when i go to start it, it turns the engine fast enough to start(rps catch at about 1500 rpm), the once the car is running, the rpms drops to about 500 sounds like ts gonna die, then it catches again, and runs perfect. all of this happens in a matter of about 3-4 seconds.
When i was pulling into the garage today, i needed to tap the gas very lightly and when i did, the car started to surge (again lasted about 3-4 seconds), then also got normal.
I know that something isnt set right or is broken, either the IAC or TPS because untill the car warms up, it revs to about 1500 rpm while in park, in drive it stays at about 750rpm.
The only real work i have done to it before this happened is that the alternator died, and i replaced it.
any help would be appreciated.

Re: starting problem
Checked a few things that may help out.
Injectors: Range from 16.1 - 16.4 (dead cold engine)
TPS: .52ohm
FPR: NO gas in the vaccume line
Plugs: pulled the 2 easiest ones, they are very clean, with a very LITTLE white residue on them.
Still want to check the IAC since it idles really high (1500), and need to change the plugs, wires, cap, rotor.
Any ideas?
