finally !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
after re-doing my valves its started again but now i have this clicking sound , did i tighten them to much or too little , btw when adjusting the valves after i reached 0 lash and the 3/4 turn i could rock them sideways , i mean they would move a little is that normal or what ?

Moving them a little when you're on the bottom of the lobe is normal.
Since you still have clicking, re-lash them with the engine running.
Tightening them too much won't give you clicking. It'll cause a loss of compression in that cylinder.

1 turn down is the factory setting.
I found mine would only quiet down when set one turn down.

ok , im willing to give the " thighten them while the engine is running " suggestion , obviously we all know there will be oil splashing and what not , anyone have a personal method on how to do it with the least amount of oil spill over /splash ???

I didn't have an issue with splash when I did it on a stock engine with a hv pump.
There are valve covers out there that have no tops.
There are also hoods for the rockers to prevent oil splash.

so , you didnt have any spill over or splashing with the valve cover off ?

Not with the stock 1.5 rockers.
My other one with the 1.6's ended up starting a fire on the headers. That sucked.
