ignition switch problem

i have 92 rs v8.
car is all original i think.

problem=
turned ignition to accessory side to listen to radio.
when i tried to turn it back to the start side it just turned freely.
it will not come off of acc side.
the key will turn the switch, but not the mechanism that is attached inside.

key will turn in both directions as normal, but it does not do anything other than turn.

switch goes to crank side, but nothing else does.
it seems switch is stuck on the acc side because
clock is displaying, and radio will turn off/on.

car will not crank, clock will not stop displaying, radio is on anytime you turn it on.
it isn't supposed to be on enless ket is in the acc side,or the cranking side.

anyone know the fix?
is it an easy,simple fix?
do i need to buy a certain part to fix it?
anyone know the parts name, and if it can
be bought new,or salvaged?

i check my email more often than the threads.
please reply to my address below if you would?
