I have a 93 gmc 1500 350 4x4 with a blown tbi unit.
Can i swap a Wiring harness from a 84 350 with a carberator and have it work with my 93?

Sounds like a lot of work for nothing
Why do you need to swap the wiring if going to a carb?
Take TBI intake off , put carb intake on , put in reg HEI dist , run pink ign wire to dist , adj regulator for carb maybe.
You leave all the truck wiring\ computer in place to run the dash and prob the speedo.

Re: swapping wireing harnesses

My dist. has an ingniton control modual around the back that is computer controled partially. so how will that work out. It has three plugs in, one comming from the coil, one comming from the computer and one going to the distributor.

Or would it be easier to connect a carberator with a manual choke
