Leak at MAF and a noise at the rear

Where the intake tube connects to the MAF is loose even with a clamp tightened around it. Is there a spacer or something that goes between them?

I circled where it is always loose.

At the rear of the car there is a hissing or vacuum leak sound. I have checked all of the fuel lines/hoses and the sending unit. I also checked the filler neck to make sure it wasn't leaking, and tried loosening the gas cap. Is the sound just the fuel pump running? This tank has the plastic baffles in the bottom of the tank and my old one didnt. Are the baffles causing me to hear the pump working?

Re: Leak at MAF and a noise at the rear

I figured the question about the leak before the MAF sensor would be a quick answer...
