700r4 kickdown cable??

OK i just rebuilt my 700r4, and im having trouble with the kickdown cable. I am wondering if anyone knows somewhere i can find brackets to hold the kickdown cable and accelerator cable in place. It has an aftermarket intake manifold, and an elderbrock carb. Is there a web site that offers different variaties of brakets. or any ideas of what i can do???? i have found kickdown brakets at oreillys and auto zone , but nothing works.

yeah edelbrock and holley both have brackets for this on summit for like $20...is the kickdown cable factory? I used a lokar cable and had to use a combination of a holley bracket and the lokar bracket.

Re: 700r4 kickdown cable??

Let's call it the "throttle valve" cable, as it is different from a "kickdown" cable, having vital functions well beyond kickdown.

You might think it's a minor point, but to a TH700R-4, it is a big deal.

You'll also need a geometry corrector for that TV cable - "geometry corrector" and you'll find threads about them.
