starts/ wont start!!! VATS gone bad?

Just recently I noticed my car wont start up as quickly as she did. I have to crank it several times before it starts, and then it sounds like it wants to die, but the idle will gradually rise and drop until its warmed up.

Heres the big problem! After driving for awhile and letting her sit she wont crank up at all!! NO POWER at all, not even a sound. It just goes completely dead! Now if I wait about 10 minutes and again several cranks, she starts. ( Again seems like she wants to cut off but stays running). I heard some guys talking about the VATS system, can that be it?

Doesnt sound like VATS. VATS will disable the ignition for 5 minutes or so. So that part may be VATS, but VATS wont cause the car to start slow or run poorly. Do you have long tubes?
