air wont blow through ac vents

air wont blow through ac vents
so when i turn my heat on air only blows out from the top near the windsheild. it just started doing this like 2 days ago what should i look for.

vac line going to the HVAC is disconnected, it goes into the fire wall around the havc box, its a hard plastic line

Sticky your ear to the HAVC controls. If you hear a hiss, the switch is probably the culprit.

i fixed it. i dont have that little 3 way check valve i have a pepboys style one with no ball inside. one of the ends snapped off. thanks guys

I have the same problem after removing A/C and installing the Delete pulley. Defrost heat only.
