Not starting. Fuel Problem
I have a 90 IROC with a 5.0 TPI. The car wont start just cranks and cranks. I checked the ignition and all is good. Checked fuel pressure it was at 5psi. Changed fuel filter now its at 10 psi. Still not enough supposed to have 40-47psi. I'm thinkin the pump is bad, but before i tear into it does anyone else have any ideas. I can't find any visible leaks and dont smell any fuel. Any ideas would be helpful.

Your first instinct is probably correct. If you hear the pump run, there aren't any restrictions in the fuel lines, and the filter is nice an new, and there aren't any leaks.... sorta only leaves the pump. It is also possible that there is a problem inside the tank.... but, either way, you have to drop the tank out.

Might wanna check the regulator? Not sure, but a holed bladder might cause that too? (of course, you would see gas in the vacuum line too...... something to check anyway.)
