Tightening Rocker arms HELP!!!

Hey all I have installed a new cam and had a head job done. I need to know the sequenance to tighten the rocker arms down. I did it once now and bent a set of rods when I set the motor back to TDC.

No particular torque spec. Tighten the rockers until you cannot easily move the pushrod (some suggest in an up and down motion, other suggest trying to spin them....) When you can't move the pushrod, give the nut another half turn, and you are good. Once you have all the valves adjusted, turn the motor over a couple times BY HAND to verify that nothing is binding.
