crimped Fuel lines
I was wondering if it's possible to crimp your fuel lines when jacking the tranny up fixing a mount. my car used to start fine until i jacked the transmission up. when i was done the car takes much longer to start. i think i bent a fuel line and this has caused my pump to go out. if anyone can help it is greatly appreciated.

The lines are thin walled steel tubing to you can very easily crimp them. They are located on the drivers side directly by the transmission tunnel. I am not sure how you would crimp them though because I do not recall any good jacking points near the lines.
If you crimped them you can cut out the section by hand, NO ELECTRIC, and replace with a new section and compression fittings. You could also replace the whole line with 6 an braided stainless steel line. However, option 2 would be more costly.

If your fuel line got crimped, you won't have a hard to start problem, your car would have about 50 hp. You wouldn't be able to make it up hills, it would hesitate upon throttle, etc.

Is there anything else i could have done. the hard start problem started right after i replaced the tranny mount.

did you let the tranny drop any? Is it possible you cracked the distributor cap?
