Throttle Cable Adjustment.....not trany TV cable
Put a new throttle on a mini ram setup, and now throttle only opens 50% when I mash it to the floor. I used the supplied cable bracket and compared my new throttle to the stock and everything seem in family. There is no slack in the cable and the butterflies start to move as soon as the pedal moves.
Is there any adjustments in the cable i can make or do i have to move the pedal hinge points?

Don't recall any adjustments on the gas pedal in a 3rd gen. A picture of the cable/throttle arm would be helpful. Sounds like maybe the cable stud is in the wrong location on the arm or something, given there's no slack at idle but won't get past 50% throttle.
