327 rocker question
I have an 87 Iroc with a 327 in it, i pulled the valve cover off the other day to clean for paint and noticed one of the rockers is not sitting square on the valve spring. Is this a big deal? I have never seen anything like that. What is the solution if it is a problem? Thanks for the help

Re: 327 rocker question
What are the head casting numbers? I'd guess you have heads that need self-aligning rockers but have regular ones. Best not to leave it that way.
Thats the interesting part, the number is 14022601, i found it comes from either a 305 or a (267) which i doubt. After pulling the Passenger side valve cover off i found 1 Rocker on that side also not centered.
