need help starter problem
the problem with my car is as soon as i hook up the batterycable the stater starts spinning with the key off whats the deal?

Somehow there must be a short on the start terminal on the starter to 12V. Could be a bad ignition switch, bad starter, wiring fault, Or maybe someone just installed the starter wrong. Ide start by taking the wires off the start terminal on the starter and hook up the battery. If it spins you have a starter problem if it doesnt measure the voltage on the wire you pulled from the starter i imagine there will be 12V there and there should not be. Try it out and well go from there.
