code 21 - TPS voltage high when MAP reads low pressure

code 33 - MAP reads high manifold pressure (low vaccum) with the throttle angle is <=2% (read from the TPS)

code 45 - O2 sensor reads rich exhaust condition and that can be for a number of reasons

I think the three codes are indicating a TPS Issue. I would start by checking the voltage on your TPS low/high of .54/4.5

Re: Getting codes 21,33,45,

i had an issue with my TPS also. With the engine idling, try to wiggle the connector, if the idle changes it is most likly a loose connection. To solve this I took a skinny needlenose pliers and pinched the connectors in the TPS a little bit and it took care of the problem.
