What Size Belt Will Fit?

I have a 91 RS TBI with a serpentine belt and I was wondering what belt size will fit with out the Smog or A.I.R pump pulley, i still have the AC, water pump, alternator, power steering, and crank pulley. What size belt would I need just w/o the A.I.R Smog pulley?

Re: What Size Belt Will Fit?

There's a tech article off the main page - it states a size but that size didn't work for me when I did mine - just measure with a string then go to parts store and get that size.

Re: What Size Belt Will Fit?

It's been 2 cars ago, so I don't remember. But the .8 I never understood, as they come in even inch sizes and 1/2 inch sizes, so you'd either have to get a 96.0 or a 96.5 for example. But if you buy one and it doesn't fit, they'll take them back for exchange - or do the string trick.

Just take it off. Just take the pump off the bracket, and remove the hard lines from the pump, then remove the plastic box. Then, you go get threaded plugs from any hardware store to replace the check valves on top of the exhaust manifolds, and plug the tube from the cat converter, and you're done.
