can i use stock rocker arms on these heads

I am going to put vortec heads on my bored 40 over 350 with a .510 lift flat tapped cam. can i use any kind of rocker arm say likethe ones from the 305 heads that came off of the 305 that we pulled out of the car also can we use the push rods from the 305 or will i need something else. the heads will take a .600 lift cam with after market springs I picked up the heads off of ebay they are in great shape also got a gm performace intake with the heads what a deal.. Well any help would be great. thank you

Depends upon what year your 305 is. Vortecs need self aligning rockers arms.

I've never heard of springs-only that would allow 0.600" lift on unmodified Vortecs. Probably more lift than effective, anyway.
