anyone running felpro 1094 head gasket? oil leak?

engine is brand new. has maybe 700miles on it. i had the engine out twice already. and this time when i put it in i used the felpro 1094 head gasket shims, they have a .015" compressed thickness. i tq the heads to 65ftlbs with moly and thread sealant. i used black RTV for the china walls.

i seem to have an oil leak at the back of the engine on the passenger side. oil seems to be on the back shelf of the engine that bolts to the trans bellhousing. engine oil drips off the pass side and is dripping off the starter bolts.

heres what ive checked. oil pan, replaced oil pressure switch (old one was leaking), oil pressure sender was not leaking, oil pressure sender elbow is fine. i also pulled the trans/flexplate cover off to clean the oil out of it and i checked the rear main seal which seems to be fine. i replaced the valve cover gaskets and i still have the leak. ive narrowed it down to the head gaskets or the intake china wall. seems that the oil wasnt on the back of the engine behind the intake, seemed that the oil was behind the head on the back shelf where the head meets the block. oil then would be found on the starter bolts etc.

what are the chances that my head gaskets are leaking oil? are these shims prone to leaking? im not burning coolant or oil and my spark plug looks fine at the #8 cylinder. so does it seem i have a head gasket leak or an intake leak?

Not a lot of oil in the head gasket area. Doubt that's where the leak is. Tough area to spot an oil leak for sure.

yea thats wat i figured... the only point that contacts oil is in the valley at the top left corner on the pass side head. still im worried about putting the top end back together and wasting 20$ worth of intake gaskets not to mention time and lots more time (getting the old RTV off the intake/heads, just to have to pull if off again bc it could be a head gasket.

anyway to test to see if its the head gasket?
