I went out and bought a 350 today to start a rebuild on. It's complete from pan to carb and got it for $300. We pulled the valve cover and it has new roller rockers and valve springs. The guy selling it said they were comp cam products, but thats about all he knew.
Anyway, I'm wondering about what heads to use during the build. It currently has 882 heads. Would my 305 TPI heads be an improvement?? I know a casting number is helpful, but it's unavailable.
