Okay so heres my situation. I have a 89 iroc with a 350 and 5 speed. The problem is, my engine just seized up and i am not going to put another engine in it. I cannot part the car out, so i need some suggestions on what to do with the car!
Do i try and sell the car as is? Do you think anybody would buy it? The car has a salvaged title, Maroon paint, with Red fender and bumper. All Suggestions/Opinions welcome!

well if you're not going to fix it.....and not part it out.....the only other thing you can do is sell it. People buy cars all the time with no motor. You'll have to sell it for cheap, but it for sure can be done. I purchased a mustang last year with no motor or tranny....(now has a chevy 327).

Put it on craigslist or list it on this website.

 

Are you sure its a 350? No factory car came with a 350 and a 5 Speed, so either the 5 speed or the 350 had to be swapped in, the 350 being the easier swaps of the two.

Irregardless, an 89 IROC in Maroon (Best color IMO) with a 305 TPI and a 5 speed is one sweet car, I for sure would buy it if it was in decent condition. Too bad I am stationed in Iraq right now.

I would try to sell it if its in good condition. If its a piece of **** then I would put it out of its missery and have it crushed.

Sure! For about $200-500. Assuming it's in fair condition aside from the problems you've mentioned.
