lost ignition key...
Can't find the one and only set of keys to my 91 Camaro. (I know I should have had a spare set 
) What is the cheapest quickest fix? Or is there one?

Take your VIN & proof of ownership to a dealership & they can look up which VATS chip is correct for your car. Might hafta replace the cylinder too, if you don't have any kind of spare for them to cut a new key from.
