250bhp 311 lb/ft Z28 305 4bbl advice needed!

Hi
I have a 1985 LG4 engined Z28 which has been de-smogged,Edlebrock exhaust and inlet manifolds, Flowmaster Turbo 3 inch system with single cat and twin exhaust, ACCEL HEI super coil, splitfire ignition leads and gear drive timing, also new 4bbl Rochester quadrajet carb. I have a printout from a dyno run carried out by the previous owner that this engine is producing 247 bhp and 311 lb/ft. Is this possible with the mild mods that I have or have these figures been 'dreamt up'?
The car has had its AC removed as the summers don't get that hot here in the UK.
I want to do a spring overhaul pretty soon and was wondering what plugs were best for the stock engine(Champion RV 19 YC's at the present which are carboned to hell and the electrode seems to be wearing down). Also, my Splitfire leads have some splits in the insulation-what leads do you recommend as a performance upgrade? I was checking on Summit Racing's website and noticed some nice camshafts for sale:I have read that a cam with a lift of 202-205 intake and 206-214 exhaust at 0.5 inch lift are a good upgrade for stock rollers and valves(0.415 inch-0.460 inch lift). Competition cams with a 202 intake and 212 exhaust at 0,50 inch lift with 110 degree of separation is good, but I can't find any that are close to that and I don't want any greater lift as the valve could out flow the port. Would I be better with 1.6:1 rockers and keep the stock cam(horsepower and torque in mind here)?
Any advice would be appreciated. I'm also considering a 'dress up' kit for the engine. Summit do a nice chrome set up for under $60 are they worth it or should I go for the more expensive Bowtie kits in black and red for $189?
Cheers

Re: 250bhp 311 lb/ft Z28 305 4bbl advice needed!

Not sure. The company is called Engine Advantages? The info was:
246.6 bhp/4699 1/min(106 mph) 311.1 lbft/3421 1/min.
Power at wheels is 140bhp at just over 3800 1/min.
107 bhp loss through the transmission!!!
Horsepower at the flywheel just kept climbing up to 4741 1/min where the trace finishes but wheel horsepower starts to drop about 3-4 bhp from max at 4500 1/min? Hmmm
Any engineers out there to answer this and to respond to my original thread would be most welcome!
The trace/printout does have TAT in the corner with Daslet or Dastet as the software????
