heater??

Im just curious to why my heat isnt working. Im doing the transmission swap right now and interior is out of car so might as well fix this while i have room.
Everything is stuck on defrost first off, but i know its a vaccum leak behind the control panel, i will fix that tomorrow. I cant figure out why my heat will not work. It dosent matter if the car is hot or cold, it will just blow warmish air, about 75 degrees.

Changed thermostat and ect but that didnt fix it. Could it be the heater core? What else would make it do this? the carpet is out of the car so i looked for leaks but there are none. I guess it could be clogged? Thanks guys.

pull the heater core hoses and blow in one end...if coolant comes out of the other side the core is ok. If not u need a new core.

Is it hooked up correctly (before and after the thermostat?) This forces the coolant through the core before through the thermostat.
