wont start. TBI acts flooded. need help quick
i have 89 camaro 305 with a 91 tbi. when i start to crank it, it looks as if it is dumping a massive amount of fuel down into the valley but if i spin it for about a 2-3 min in spurts it will begine to crank but very ruff.
it is fireing but plugs are pretty wet with gas.
Could it be the idle air control (IAC) sensor??

if the plugs are black you might need to replace them. check your fuel pressure. you have to remove the fuel filter and T in a gauge there. pressure should not be over 13 psi. make sure the timing is correct and your getting good spark.
