Engine: 383 procomp heads comp 280h cam
Transmission: 700R4 with monster tran. rebuild
Axle/Gears: 3.42
1991 TBI 305 timing?
ok guys i have a 1991 camaro rs with a Lo3 TBI 305 was wondering what the factory timing needs to be set at and whats the most advance the computer will allow i read 4 deg. is this true ty

I think the factory timing should be at 6 degrees. I am still not sure but will find out today at the haynes camaro books

well i read that its 6 deg BTDC so is this 6 deg. retarded with the EST disconected?

Yeah I think you have to disconnect the EST connector to get the correct timing on it
