Vacuum leak?

when im driving in my 87 trans am and i come to a stop light my car decides to die on me almost ever time. if i brake hard it will die but if i slowly brake in to the stop some times it will stay alive, if it dies it starts right back up like nothing happen. could this be a vacuum leak in one of my old hoses

Also when the car is revving in neutral in the driveway and the gas is dropped it doesn't die. Only while under load.

Yeah that is an indication of a vacuum leak, but check the egr valve and the egr valve solenoid.
