Best Oil?

I have a 91 TBI L03 with almost 200,000 miles on it. I live in philly so the temperature is constantly changing and I want a good protection for all weather conditions hot or cold. Ive been using 10w-40 but I want to know the type of oils you guys use, and think would be best for me?

Re: Best Oil?

See what your engine wants. If it's cold out and it seems that your engine has a bit of trouble starting with 10-30 or idles up to high idle, then switch to 5-30 for the cold months.
If you have no issues then go with 10-30.
