Know which walbro fuel pump fits my application?

So I'm checking out parts and see a few Chevy listings for a 305 FI but I've changed a few things. I don't want to shoot to much pressure or to less incase I want to switch back to fuel injection. I think with the Mallory bypass type regulator I could get away with this... I'm just uncertain of which lph to go for. Here is the link and info on my setup

Stock 305
Road Demon 525 Carb
> I do want to go FI with a bigger engine later in time, 350 or 383, probably tpi, if I ever do turbo I wont mind changing the fuel pump again.
