New Gas Tank, Fuel Problem, ?
Ok, I just replaced my gas tank yesterday after my last one rotted out.
Prior the car always ran and idled fine before I swapped the tank. The car has been sitting for 5 months not running, so yes the battery is dead but we hooked it up to a truck and it turned over only when we put loads of gas in the carb.
So it does fire and run, but there is no gas going to the carb to keep it going.
I took off the fuel line, and there was fuel coming out of it, at the tank, so I know its getting from the tank to the fuel lines. I'm going to try and siphon it up to the carb unless you guys have any other ideas.
