help 92 camaro 305 tbi bogs/runs rich and dies

my engine keeps bogging down from being too rich and dies. what should i look at i have replaced the spark plugs and wires fuel filter and battery.other than that i don't know whats been done to0it should be original. i also have timed the engine.
