Never thought about the winter gas. Last time I filled up it was c c c ccold out too. And I was experimenting with that canister deal and had it unhooked. Old tpi idles kind of rough in gear and hot, tried about everything I've ever heard of to help this, only thing left is to maybe bump up the minimum idle screw, use it to speed up the idle just a bit. Don't want to do that though.
