Is your voltage consistant at the pump?
yes the voltage is fine i figured out the problem called aeromotive the guy asked if i had a oil filled gauge and i did he told me to drain the oil out of the gauge reset pressure and i would never have the problem again so i did and pressure is rock solid has something to do with physics
