Re: Headlight motor removal/install

I just pulled the passenger side headlight motor on my 1991 Formula. It is pretty straightforward...these were my steps

(i) turn on headlights...so that headlight is up...or use something to keep headlight up/on...note the position of the headlight arm..and where/how it connects to the headlight motor ballstud
(ii) the headlight arm connects the headlight motor to the headlight door/body casing..i pryed this arm off at the motor end..used a large screwdriver and it popped off
(iii) there are 3 10mm bolts that r used to mount headlight to the body...one is accessible from top..other 2 u need to lie on ground and get from below
(iv) while on ground disconnect headlight wire plug
(v) I pulled the motor with the small piece that has the ballstud still on...

For reinstalling just remount with the 3 bolts...put the headlight arm / headlight motor ballstud back to same position u noted earlier and press the headlight arm back on the ballstud...again I used a large screwdriver and kinda pressed it back on with a prying motion...
