Speedomter accurate but fluxuates

Car: 85 Camaro IROC Z28
Engine: 5.0L 305 (cam) [new engine soon]
Transmission: T5 [new tranny soon]
Speedomter accurate but fluxuates

I havn't really been too concerned about this problem as it's not a real issue but I thought if it's an easy fix I midaswell fix it. The issue is my speedometer goes slightly up and down sometimes for the speed im going...say im going 60KM (Canada) so like 38M, it'll go between say 58km and 62km or whatever. It's accurate but it gives me a range rather then a speed sometimes lol.

Listing your year, make and model is always helpful. Without the aforementioned, I have no idea if you have a mechanical or electric speedo. If mechanical, check the following link for fixes:
