Car will not start code 13,32,54 lots of detail

85 Firebird, 2.8 FI, VIN: 1G2FX87S0FL625523

Codes 13, 32, 54

I believe code 13 is something to do with the O2 Sensor, 32 something to do with the EGR and 54 something to do with the fuel pump/relay.

Problem is that the car will crank but will not start. I got spark.

When I turn on the ignition I can hear the fuel pump prime for about 2-3 seconds.

When crank the engine the pump will prime again to build up pressure again and will pump while turning over.

I replaced the fuel filter and blew with mouth through it and didn't seam cloged but more resistence then the new one, but was wet from gas.

I disconnected fuel line just b4 the fuel rail and got someone to crank the engine and fuel was pumping out easly 1 pint for every 30 seconds and my thumb was not enough presure to stop the fuel.

“History: After I boosted a dodge neon, later on at night I filled up my tank started the car and relized I forgot to get smokes parked and turned off the car got smokes came back and the car would turn over but not start. I walked to the movie store picked up a movie hoping it would start when I came back. The car started fine, drove home, turned the car off and tried to start the car again and didn't start.

For about a week the car would start if I let it sit for 20-30 min before starting the car.”

I also got an immoblizer installed about 2 months before hand and thinking it might be an issue.

Just need to get the car running again, it's about a 50km drive to work and need this baby running.

After unplugging the battery for about 10 min, and letting car sit for an hour the car started.

I let the car run for 5 min and turned it off and would not start again.

While the car was running it was at about 1500rpms and the fuel pump was running.

for the last month the car has been running high rpm about 2000rpms and drop to 1500 after a while. (codes 13 and 32 probley?)

I read the codes with the paper clip again and only getting code 12. I am guessing the car wasn't running long enough to give me the codes again?

Also wanted to say that when the car is running, there is still lots of power well for a v6.

So today I plugged in a fuel gauge and for some reason the car is running fine.

I plugged the fuel gauge to the schrader valve there was barely any pressure but after i turned the key went from 0psi to 40 psi.

Started the engine and at idle it's still 40 psi.

Rev'ed the engine to 4000 rpm's for about 3 seconds psi droped to 35 psi.

I'm gonna try to find the specs to find out what psi it "should" be.

Also wanna see what's happening when the car doesn't want to start.

Ok the car is starting when it has been sitting for about an hour each time.

When it's running it runs fine, but when it doesn't it doesn't.

When it's not wanting to start I can go to the tail pipe and there's no smell of gas.

I don't think it would be the fuel reg because the problem would always be there?

I want to see if the fuel injectors are pulsing, is there a way to check that without having to take apart the intake manifold?

If anyone has any inputs on what to test?

I have a pen tester light and I'm hoping I don't need to buy something esle to test if the injectors are getting power?

Ok so I narrowed it down some more.

1. Car starts as soon as I crank the engine (like less then a second).

2. Car will crank but not start once the car is warm.

3. Fuel pressure at 40psi at the schrader valve.

4. No injector pulse when the car is warm

New spark plugs, wires and cap.

Did the cap when it was raining outside so I checked it today and there was some moister in the cap, I let dry and cleaned cap and contacts.

If anyone has any ideas I'm up to try them out, thanks.
