Need some help
Ok a few days ago my gta started making a fairly loud clicking sound at startup. At first it o ly did it every now and then but now it's every start up. It still performs fi e and runs as good as normal but I k ow the sound isn't good so Ive been Babying it a lot and not really getting into it. A buddy of mine looked at it a few minutes ago and said it may just need fluids cause my coolant overflow is almost dry but the radiator is topped off. I know it's about time for an oil change in another 1000 miles buy it's not low on oil so I dint think that's it. Also it's been running a little warmer than usual lately so maybe it is just fluids but I haven't made it to the house yet to fill up and see. Was hoping to get some o you guys input. Oh and it's the 5.7 by the way. Thanks any help offered.

Re: Need some help
Where is the sound coming from? Starter? Valvetrain? Is the clicking only during cranking but stops once the engine fires or does it continue? The more info you provide the better we can help you.

Re: Need some help
I can't honestly pinpoint where the sound is coming from but it's in the engine bay. It seems a little louder on the passenger side. It does it constantly while driving but doesn't seem to be as bad while cruising. Also gets more rapid as I give it throttle
