LT1 injectors

Just wanted to know if its possible to use 96 camaro LT1 24lb injectors on an 87 TPI as an upgrade from 21lb?

Yes they are a direct swap, but without a tune for the extra fuel it would possibly hurt performance and mileage.

Just installed them, running the same if not better.
adjusted the fuel pressure to 35 and advanced the timing, runs very strong.
As for the mileage...fun trumps it.

Go too low below recommended injector operating pressure and injector will not spray correctly; get drops instead of spray.
