Hi yall. i got a 87 irocz 305 tpi. Just a couple days ago, my car wouldnt start. The next morningt it started right up, and i washed it and went to work. Well after work it wouldnt start again. So i had to leave it there, and went back this morning and it started right up. I was gonna take it to a car show today, but it died right when i started it. Then i left and it kept stalling when i come to a stop. it would start right back up and then show code 42 when it starts. I dont know what to do, im thinkin its the pick up coil. Please help, its my dd and i got school tomorrow.

 

replace both sensors in the distributor. should take care of ur prob
