Engine Squeak

Hey, I've had my 87 Camaro for a bit more than a month now, and it started squeaking a couple weeks ago. It sounded like the belt, however the belt looked brand new, I looked into it and it turns out that the new belt the PO put on it is not correct(half inch too long). I bought the right one and put it on, and the squeaking was gone. However, just recently, it started squeaking again. It's not constant however.
It ALWAYS squeaks when it's cold.
and only sometimes when it's been warmed up.

What could be wrong? I thought the tensioner, but why wouldn't it be constant?

BTW, it's a 2.8L
