Spark plug gap size?
Hey guys i just bought some new spark plugs for my car, and i was wondering what gap size they should be adjusted to?
I have a 1991 Camaro RS v8 TBI
Spark plugs i bought were AC Delco.

Depends on the engine's requirements. .035" is very common. A wider gap can make a hotter spark however the coil needs to be strong enough to produce that spark. If using any kind of power adder, you want a smaller spark so that the flame doesn't get extinguished by the increased pressure in the cylinder.
For racing, large gaps cause high rpm misses so smaller gaps are used. I've got my plugs gapped to .035" and spin the engine to 7400 rpm with no problems. I'm also not using a power adder.
