Where is the oil sending unit on a 92 RS???
Where is it? I know it's not by the distributor. Where is it? Anyone got a pic or a good desc. Of where it is? Please go into detail of where it is

Should be right above the oil filter.

on my 92 rs was attached to my oil filter housing (the metal thing you screw the oil filter on )

Right above the oil filter as mentioned. Will have a 3 wire plug attached, one red wire, one orange wire, and a third. The red and orange run the fuel pump, the third sends signal to the guage. Here's a pic of one:

Yup. Get under the car, put your hand on the oil filter and move it up and you should feel it. It sticks sideways out of the block just above the filter. Doesn't get any simpler than that.
