Is this a good thing?
Every time i open my gas tank i hear a sizzling sound like when you open a can of soda.
I have a 91'rs and i was hoping to take it to a dealership for the gas tank re call and im not sure if it has already been replaced or not.
Is this sound a good or bad thing?

It's fine - it's a pressurized system, and so it hisses when the cap is opened - usually the cap reads "Open Slowly" because of this.
