injectors

I just started the restoration on a 91 GTA and im having a miss problem. The comprassion is amazing the plugs wires cap and rotar are brand new. Ive heard that the injectors go bad a lot in the 3rd gen birds so i was wondering what yall thought?? I have a shop out in Austin Texas so any kind of work is easy for me.

Not unheard of, especially with the stock Multecs that came in our cars. Go through and unplug each injector - figure out which cylinder it is, then check some of the other possibilities (maybe plug wire keeps melting on the manifold). Ohm out your injectors, see if they're all within the same values. If you decide to swap injectors, go for a set of Bosch style IIIs. There is a site (on of our sponsors I believe) that makes a set of Bosch IIIs perfectly fit for our vehicles.

Haha that's more than a miss! Well, take a multimeter and test the resistance of each injector. If it's a stock set-up (most likely) then all injectors should test out to around 16 or 17ohms. If they are not all between 15 and 18 ohms, or some have vast differences, then you'll know for sure the injector driver coils are shorted out. Please note - even if the driver coils all test out okay, that doesn't mean the injectors can't be bad; they can still be plugged, or broken internally.

they all work and test out fine they just wont spit fuel... if there clogged i dont know what to do to clean them.
