305 tbi ticking rod bent.
got headers put on and shop said i was running wrong spark plaugs(stupid mistake i know) but one of the rods is bent so u can hear it ticking its loud. i need to know whta vavles rod to get and pistonheads wuld be best wuld like a lil more performance. and also about how much would it cost to have them put on my car

i for one am confused . are you asking about a piston rod or a valve pushrod ? also not sure what you mean by pistonheads ??? if you have a bent piston rod you need a major overhaul . if it's a bent valve pushrod , easy fix . cause may not be an easy fix . more/better info. needed . good luck .
