does my 89 rs 5.0 tbi have posi trac
or my 88 sport coupe 2.8 mpfi have posi trac and is posi trac and LSD

well give us a pic of both rpo sheets or jack up the rears and try moving the tires if both move then its posi if only 1 done then its a peg leg. posi = lsd

If the TBI car is an auto, it has a 2.73 peg leg rear, if it's a manual, has a 3.08 and might be posi. The 2.8 litre car will have 3.42's, don't know about posi.
The posi is more probable in the manual transmission cars than the automatics.

The posi rear will have a tag attached by one of the cover bolts that reads: "Limited slip additive required"
