how would i start to take off the intake manifold to a 88 sport coupe 2.8

Axle/Gears: stock
how would i start to take off the intake manifold to a 88 sport coupe 2.8
i have the air intake off and the upper intake manifold off already i need to get off the manifold itself will i have to redo the seals on it?> and is this particularily just unbolt everything until the manifold comes off or is there an order of operations just wondering i broke an easy-out in the thermostat bolt spot so i gotta get a new manifold
