i have an 89 camaro 305 tbi 5 speed its has a code 54 it has a new pump,fuel filler,relay but when i got the car the had a vats problem after we got that fixed it started right up no trouble then it got harder to start and there was a code 54 it got were it would not start up and you can't hear fuel pump come on for prime or cranking.
