Anyone have a clue?
I have an 89 TA that the neg post was off the battery for about a month and when i went to hook back up the battery was dead. It is a new batt and fully charged. Radio is removed, the headlites are unhooked, and the coil is unhooked. Anyone have an idea where to looke for what is obviously a dead short?

Re: Anyone have a clue?
if the battery's dead and the neg was completely disconnected, there's an issue with the battery itself. I would take it to your local auto part store (napa, advance, autozone, etc) and have them throw it on their charger/tester. best case - battery just needed a charge. worst case - the battery's a dud.
